Modalities

COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT) - Exploring negative patterns of thought about the self, others and the world and challenges those patterns to alter unwanted behavior.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing  (EMDR) - A processing technique to enable one to heal from emotional and physical trauma by accessing and processing memories and other adverse life experience to bring these to an adaptive resolution. After successful treatment with EMDR therapy, affective distress is relieved, negative beliefs are reformulated, and physiological arousal is reduced.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) - An integrative approach model that combines systems thinking to work with the discrete subpersonalities of the mind - each with its own viewpoint and qualities.

MINDFULNESS TRAINING - Using mindfulness as a tool to shift thoughts and preoccupation. Learn how to use meditation to bring about change in ourselves, our habits and way of life.

COUPLES RELATIONSHIP THERAPY - Working to discover the root of conflict, the dance of anger and tools to create win - win solutions.

FAMILY COUNSELING - Acknowledging everyone's voice in the room to support cohesive and care in areas of strife and need.
